(age 11)

This series of photos captures the essence of Tim's leg development at age 11. You can read more about the feats of strength of Tim at age 11:
  1. Tim crushes a can made of brass and steel
  2. Following a tough workout, Tim uses his legs to crush a can of thick metal
  3. Tim teaches a football player a painful lesson
Tim displays his razor-cut upper legs during a jumping exercise. Jumping, or plyometrics, is extremely strenuous, and has helped Tim to develop incredible leg power. The high level of development is clearly seen in his sharply defined quads and medialis muscles.

.
A.Tim is flexing his calf, standing on his toes. Even in the early stage of contraction, Tim's calf is surprisingly muscular. B. Flexing it a little harder. The ridge at the bottom of his calf becomes much deeper and sharper. The tendon coming down from the back of the knee seems to be pushed out by the expanding size of Tim's calf. C. Same but grabbing a frame from the tape allows us to capture his fast-twitch muscles at peak contraction - something that is nearly impossible with a still camera. Years of training have made Tim's calf rock hard and fantastically strong.
