            Tim is only 11 
            in these pictures, but look how muscular his calves are!
            
            Here, Tim is working out in his backyard: running, jumping a 2-foot 
            wastebasket and then doing plyo jumps. What's remarkable about the 
            jump pictures is the great capture of his calf definition at that 
            age. You can see the hard muscular ridges of his calves and the vascularity 
            on them. You can also see his Achilles tendons stand away from his 
            leg as his muscles put tremendous force on them.
