Tim's Calves (part
2 of 2)
Tim is nearly 14
in these pictures.
According
to current sports science, plyometric jumps cause the muscles to exert
a force equal to 6 times the body weight. In Tim's case, this would
be about 800 pounds. This enormous force not only testifies to Tim's
incredible calf strength, but also to the extreme level of difficulty
of his plyometric workouts.
Tim's legs are so
strong, he can jump straight up over 30" from a standing start.
According to Mike,
Tim considers these the best pictures ever taken of his calves. First
seen on the old site, these amazing photos are available once again
for your viewing.
