          I was 11 and almost 12 I was working on my legs all summer.  I 
          did plyos and worked out on a weight machine.  My quads really 
          grew a lot that summer.  One day I was doing jumps in the back 
          yard.  My dad was there with the camera taking pictures of me jumping.
