Tim
does toe touches and shows off his hard calf muscles. You can see the
veins popping out on them even in this video capture. Even when he's just
standing still his calf muscles feel as hard as rock.
Tim's
legs have prominent veins running down the insides which swell up after
he has done a hard workout.
Tim's
quads are well developed for a 10 year old. The muscles just above his
knees on the inside are called the medialis part of the quadriceps and
bulge out when his legs are nearly straight.
Tim
is flexing his calf to unbelievable size as he jumps up the step. Note
the razor-sharp definition between the muscle and the surrounding tendons.
Tim
is doing calf raises using a model truck as his block. The truck didn't
last very long at all. He carried a 15Kg (33 lbs) weight in his left hand.
When
it's hot outside, Tim does sprints in his speedos.
