Luke Halpin's Serratus Muscles
Fans eagerly sing the praises of Luke Halpin's muscular chest, shoulders, and back.
But as a seasoned athlete, Luke knows the importance of keeping *all* his muscles in shape, not just the bigger "show" muscles.
The serratus muscles are the small muscles in the upper side. They move the shoulder forward, for example, when throwing a punch.
The serratus muscles are much smaller than the muscles of the chest or back. But when well developed, they are amazing to see and inspire great admiration.
Years of swimming, diving, and playing sports have given Luke Halpin a highly impressive set of serratus muscles that are visible in scenes where he is swimming or reaching out with his arms.
